The concept of co-working spaces are becoming more common where singular companies are also moving towards the experience of different spaces of productivity. At Dream 3, through design, spaces are allocated to cater to a diverse work environment that optimizes community, collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity for workers. Attempting to retain the original character of the space, certain elements like brick walls have been preserved, leaning towards a mix of old and new architecture.
An old basement space with high ceilings and wide spans allowed for an open office space for an early stage start up. Bold colors define the objectives of the firm and brighten the space. Unique work stations and off-beat corner spaces define the motive behind the design; attempting to merge loud spaces with more private huddle zones to provide a creative atmosphere.
